As we kick off 2026, we’re calling this the Build Year for Queue. We want to welcome you into the new year and say we hope your agency absolutely kills it in the months ahead. We’re grateful to be a small part of your journey, and this year we’re doubling down on showing that through what we build.
In 2026, we’re done being shy about shipping. No more endless debates or overthinking what to build next. We are moving faster, making decisions quicker, and releasing more consistently. That also means heavily optimizing what already exists by expanding feature capabilities, tightening workflows, and fixing UI and UX pain points.
Everything we build will continue to be designed specifically for agencies. This includes new tools like CRMs, Proposals, Agreements, Resource Planning, and more. We are also refreshing the client portal to give you more flexibility and control over the experience you want your clients to have.

You can now assign a credit cost to each Form, and credits will be automatically deducted when a client submits one.
Forms can also be set to require available credits—if a client is out, they’ll be prompted to purchase more before continuing.
We’ve also streamlined reporting by consolidating all credit purchases into a single item, making it much easier to track.

This new feature helps your clients submit tasks by helping them think through their requirements. They’ll be able to chat with an AI and at the end the AI will be generate a complete brief.
You can disable this feature by going to Customizations > Client Portal

We've made significant improvements to Client Onboarding. After extensive discussions and data analysis, we rebuilt the system to support Task Forms, allowing you to create custom forms for clients to fill out for onboarding. This is perfect for collecting brand assets or other essential information before starting client work.
Additionally, you can now require clients to complete a walkthrough before accessing their portal after checkout, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
To keep things on track, we've also introduced automated email reminders—if a client hasn't completed their onboarding checklist, they'll receive a follow-up email every two days.
