We've made significant improvements to Client Onboarding. After extensive discussions and data analysis, we rebuilt the system to support Task Forms, allowing you to create custom forms for clients to fill out for onboarding. This is perfect for collecting brand assets or other essential information before starting client work.
Additionally, you can now require clients to complete a walkthrough before accessing their portal after checkout, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
To keep things on track, we've also introduced automated email reminders—if a client hasn't completed their onboarding checklist, they'll receive a follow-up email every two days.

1. Account Managers - Assign account managers to your client to automatically assign new requests to them. This will limit the amount of annoying notifications your teammates will get.
2. Right click tasks - Now supports changing stage, priority, labels, and assigned members. Also 10x faster than before!
3. Performance - We've updated our video server to support more countries. Less buffering, woo!
Notifications - Admins will get notifications on new requests, but won’t get notifications on task comments unless they assign it to themselves. Project collaborators will also not get notifications on new requests unless they’re assigned to it. Use account managers!

We've made improvements to how themes work on Queue! While you can still stick with your old design, we highly recommend switching to one of our new default themes.
This change allows your team and clients to choose their preferred theme instead of being required to use your custom settings. Our new themes offer a more refined and modern look, carefully crafted to enhance the user experience.
Please note that button colors will stay the same and haven’t been altered. And you can revert back to your old custom theme by going to Customizations > Themes.
