Mark notifications as read/unread or archive.
Notifications marked as read before August 22, 2024 cannot be marked as unread.Emailed Tasks will show with styling and you can use AI to generate the task description.
Add upgrade capability to your Services to let clients upgrade their subscription plan. It'll even handle the proration.

You’ll now get notifications only on Tasks you’ve been assigned if you turn off Tasks and Task Comment notifications.
This should help with teams facing a lot notifications and only want to see what’s relevant for them. Feedback welcomed!

With this latest release, your clients can now email you new requests. No setup needed, just share your special email with your client.
All new requests from email will come to your Inbox and you can assign it to a project afterwards.

We’ve made massive performance improvements to the task board. Everything (including comments) will now load near instantly.
We’ve also added local caching, which means it’ll load instantly (<10 milliseconds) when you visit it again. We’ve applied this to taskboard and task comments.

You can now track emails that were sent to clients so you have peace of mind they received them.
Go to Customizations > Email logs to view them.
Note: Emails sent prior to June 28th, 2024 won't be visible on Email Logs.

You can now send an invite to your collaborators with privacy mode so they're not seen by the client. You can also turn privacy mode on / off for specific collaborators from the invite modal.
When a collaborator is marked as private
• They won't show up on the project users list.
• Collaborator comments will be private automatically.
• Collaborators assigned to a task will show Team member instead of their name.
