Move the time tracking up and together with title, etc.
Remove the “Submit timesheet” and let us record multiple times the “time tracking” for a task. Also, edit/delete time tracking for a task. Timesheet could be calculated from all these entries, don’t need any “submit timesheet” button.
Add analytics of time tracked based on time (today, this week/month, last week/month), member, client, etc.
Really important (!) if you could implement this: Client projects has X time included (as credit). Tracking time will decrease automatically that credit/time.
Here’s a great example of how Clickup is approaching this:
