A Timesheet at the Workspace Level ⏱️

The timer to track time is a great start, but there’s additional reporting related to time that would be immensely helpful for any agency that deals with hourly or retainer based services. Or an agency who has W2 employees, and needs to track hours beyond just client activities

One is a a time sheet at the Workspace level that is a roll up of all employees with all of their time entries broken out by client task - filtered by start/end dates. This info is used in multiple ways. (1) to bill clients and (2) to pay employees. In the current iteration, board level timesheet is functional to identify the time to bill clients, but having to click through 30-40 task boards to calculate how much to pay employees would suck. The alternative would be to use a secondary timer out side of Queue - like clockify or Harvest but that would just defeat the purpose of using Queue’s timer.

Next is the ability to export the above report / Time Sheet. We round up billable hours to the nearest 15 minutes. While I don’t expect Queue to include time rounding functionality, being able to export then do the rounding (or any other analysis) would be great. Anyone who bills hourly or has hourly retainers will probably want this.

Lastly reporting on utilization (billable client hours divided by total hours worked). This is a standard measure of how much time an employee spends on client paying activity vs not. In order to do this, there would need to be a way to identify Billable Hours and Non Billable Hours. This is a nice to have. The ability to export the Workspace level Time Sheet suggested above would allow me to do the calculations for this.
