Our clients can spend 30 minutes to 1 hour on average filling out our request forms, which include long(ish) questionnaires for each type of deliverable we offer (i.e designs, branding, ad creatives, etc). On top of this, some clients have a hard time articulating their thoughts or provide very minimal details.

This can lead to a lot of back and forth, abandoned/incomplete forms, or delays in project starts.

I'd propose adding an "AI Assistant" to all client-facing task forms that helps them complete forms through a single prompt.

How It Works:

1. Client selects task form

2. Client clicks button "Write with AI" at top of form

3. Modal text box pops up: ""

4. Client describes their needs naturally

5. AI auto answers the form questions with detailed responses for them
