Anonymous Collaboration Among Teammates and Clients

There are occasions when individuals engage in backdoor deals to circumvent the platform's fees. Some real life examples includes cabs (similar to Uber), accommodations (like Airbnb). As agency owners, we want to avoid such occurrences within our business. Here are some suggestions to tackle this process:

Assuming a queue system where the backend is visible only to the agency owner and their team, and the service page (where products are showcased) and client portal act as the front end:

1. Domain Mapping Functionality: The Queue should incorporate functionality allowing the mapping of different domain names with the frontend and backend of the site.

2. SMTP Integration: SMTP should be integrated into each version, ensuring that all emails (notifications/messages) are sent to each party from their respective domains/sites.

3. Custom Chat System: The queue should develop its own chat system that can be tailored for services such as productized services, drop servicing etc.

4. Client and Teammate Anonymity: The system should assign a unique name for each client (real names should be hidden from teammates) visible to team members. Agency owners should have the ability to assign different names to different teammates, visible to the client.

5. Content Blocking in Chat: The chat system should automatically detect and block sharing of any content information (mobile numbers, phone numbers, locations, etc.) while team mate and client chat with each other. This is also important to safeguard clients.

6. Smart Chat System: The chat system should be intelligent and customized for each client. Clients should be able to quickly access key information about their projects from the chat window, eliminating the need to switch among tabs in the application. And there a number of advanced things that can be done with own chat system.

I have expected these to be in the system but surprised to know that no one has even requested them before. If Queue adds this functionality, I am confident it will elevate the application to the next level, further distinguishing itself from the competition.
