As a productized service provider, I would like to have access to an API in order to interact with Queue.
The API should provide CRUD endpoints for:
- Tasks
— Comments
— Files
- Clients
- Subscriptions.
Here is a use case I would love to implement:
I would like to build an AI agent that can interact with a client’s Queue based account on their behalf. It should provide either updates on their latest tasks, or give the user the ability to comment on the task, upload files etc. It should also give the customer the ability to manage their account.
For this use case, I don’t think it would be feasible for you to create the agent, especially since additional training, data etc may be required.
I think this will allow us your users to build advanced systems with Queue as the base.
Thank you for the consideration
