If clients can add a maximum of one task card to the “In progress” column, can we have the ability for this action to automatically assign a member of the team?
Currently, a user can assign a member to multiple cards, even if they are all in their drafts queue. Ideally, we’d be notified of a new job only when it’s ready.
In the example below, I’m receiving 4 notifications within Queue and 4 emails. I only need to see one notification/email here — the task in the “In progress” column.

This feature would eliminate the necessity to manually assign a member at the draft/queue stage. If a user selects a task form when creating a new task, the pre-assigned member(s) can still be assigned to that task but no notification sent until the task is moved to the second column.
