Automatically set a Task Board Template when a service is sold

Currently when a service is sold, a blank Task Board is deployed. This is fine for ticketing/request based services like DesignJoy. But for productized services with pre-defined activities like SEO, Web Design, etc. it would make sense to deploy a Task Board template once the service is sold.

This does two things: 1 it shows the client that tasks are already in motion the first time they see Queue. and 2 it’ll automate the process so I or an employee doesn’t need to add tasks/boards ourselves.
