Better Files tab organization

I like the Files tab. It makes sense in theory, but it can get disorganized fast because there is no clear indication or automatic sorting to see which attachments belong to which projects.

It creates more manual work for me to organize things myself instead of the system organizing files by project cards with the folder's title being the card name or something like that.

Also, I’ve had clients bypass my NEW REQUEST form by uploading their assets to the File tab directly (I don’t think I received a notification of this) and then emailing me, “Hey, can you work on this project.” Of course, it’s up to me to reinforce my process, but I’d like the portal to remove some it not all of the clients' access to this tab. And then give ME the ability to send a request for whatever info/files/links I need.

In my mind, all files clients upload should be related to a project and shouldn’t ever just be uploaded to the general files tab.
