BUG: Submitted Timer continues to accrue time

Hi - see screenshots.

Second “New Test Task” has 1700+ hours and continue to accrue time - despite it being submitted. When going into the task, the “start timer” button shows, which to mean should mean the timer shouldn’t be active.
