Chat: Create 'Tickets'

It would be nice to be able to create a ticket in the Inbox so if there is a conversation with a non-client, we could use the ticket as a way to have a central place for our team to chat (and be able to delegate sales tasks).

Example:
-I talked to 'Doug' at a networking event and said I'd send him a lead magnet guide AKA didn't start on the chat
-I'm leaving town so would like someone else on my team to take on that sales tasks
-I add a 'ticket' for Doug in the Inbox and assigned it to a team member.
