CSV Import/Export of Services (bulk editing)

I'd love the ability to add services to UseQueue in bulk via CSV - not just for the initial setup, but also for making bulk changes to pricing, text, adding images etc.

Likewise, the ability to export your services in bulk with a CSV column that has the checkout links included would be fantastic when using the checkout links for adding to a website etc (when not using the built-in catalogue).
