I originally set up my account with all lower case letters in my email address.
When I attempt to log in, my computer defaults to the first letter being upper case. In doing so, the system wants me to Register a New Account instead of continuing with the log in.
Once I go back and re-type my email address with all lower-case, then it’s able to proceed with the login code just fine.
A fix for me is a good quality of life fix. But a Fix for a client’s log in is critical. it will save me tremendous headache, and improve the client’s adoption of the system.
