General Chat

A dedicated General Chat tab within the platform, separate from tasks and live chat functionalities. This space would allow clients to freely ask and answer questions unrelated to specific tasks (or could link a task directly).

Mobile Compatibility: This feature must be fully integrated into the mobile app.
