Have size selection on View Catalog Page

I would like to control the size of the services displayed on the view catalog page so that I can ensure a user can see the checkout buttons above the fold on first page print in order to increase conversation rates. It is my belief that allowing the buttons for purchase to displayed on first page print will increase conversations of my users landing on this page.
