I love that you are using this /to add item… with the different elements, it’s definitely a good start.

One very important element we use a lot are embeds, specifically Figma files. This is what it looks like in our current PM system:

I would say that certain embeds are quite important and useful, particularly to designers:
- Figma Files
- YT or Vimeo videos
- Figjam
- Miro Boards
- Relume links
- Loom

Currently I can embed them as files, but Figma is dynamic and users can zoom in and out inside the file, which creates chaos with the feedback tool.

Another item would be checklists. We use them on subtasks. So for example, We have a QA checklist, of 50 items for our development projects. As we go through, we check them off. I think TipTap supports this. They can be informal and just live inside the editor.
