Improve Embed management and deployment

Currently adding embeds is done one client at a time. For certain things that are client specific, this makes total sense. But if I want to deploy the same link to 20 clients ( a subset of clients), or remove a link from dozens of clients this can be a decent time sink.

Clientjoy.io has something similar where you can deploy links to all or select/multiselect to specific clients. It also has the ability to set the order of the portal links.
