Light CRM

We are always searching for contacts, phone, and emails when interacting with clients. It would be great to have a really really really light weight CMS - even just a spot on each project to add 3 custom fields if we wanted to hack it together

We’re currently looking into options but if our ticket communication is mostly in Queue, we’d like to be able to reference a phone number when it needs to be a call
