Limit Subscription Pausing

Hello!

We plan to build in some sort of limitation to our subscription service where a user can only be paused for 8-12 months before it auto-restarts, reduces the days left in cycle, or does something that ultimately limits clients from pausing longer than X amount of time.

We need to build in something that prevents someone from pausing their service indefinitely. Would love to hear how other agencies are handling this.
