No notifications on state change

I am not receiving dashboard or email notifications when a task is moved to another column, or when a state is changed within the task. Testing in client view, Chrome and Firefox (latest builds).

Also, “In progress” column stays “full” within the task view, even when it’s empty, so unable to change states.
