Notification to task owner after Review is complete

Nice to have - Give a task owner a notification once a reviewed item (graphic, website, etc) is completed. Internally we can make sure someone adds a comment in the task to alert the owner, but if the client reviews there’s no guarantee that they’ll tag someone that the review is completed.
