Remove Pressing "Return" to Send Inbox Email

Pressing "Return" automatically sends an email. 

This should not be the default as it's not instinctual to have to press Shift+Return to add a line break for paragraph formatting. 

Case in point, I started an email with "Hi, JJ" pressed enter to do a paragraph break, and the email was sent.
