Reviews and Approvals

After some testing it doesn’t appear that there are any notifications if a client approves something. No Notification, no note, nothing easily apparent in the task to the worker or project manager that a deliverable has been reviewed and approved (a graphic, document, pdf, etc.)

And Related, the note/comment added after approval doesn’t appear to be shown anywhere either.

All of this should be found somewhere in the task.
