Save & Edit Invoices

When clicking outside of the "Create invoice" window the window dissapear and you have to redo everything again. Sometimes you just want to prepare an invoice as well, and continue on it later or.

I believe the user experience could be significantly improved with the addition of a "Save & Edit Later" feature for invoicing.

Benefits of the Save & Edit Invoices Feature:

    • Often, the information needed to complete an invoice is not immediately available. Whether waiting on additional details, approvals, or verifying product/service specifics, the ability to save a draft and edit it later allows us to pause and resume our work without losing progress.

    • Drafting an invoice in stages minimizes errors and omissions. Users can take their time to ensure all information is accurate before finalizing and sending the invoice, reducing the chances of needing subsequent corrections.

  3. Efficient Workflow Management:

    • Multiple team members or departments may contribute to a single invoice. The proposed feature enables collaborative editing, allowing each contributor to add or modify relevant details as they become available, promoting a more efficient workflow. Based on their access in UseQueue of course.

  4. Improved Time Management:

    • Users can start an invoice during peak hours and complete it during less busy times, optimizing productivity without interrupting critical business operations. This flexibility is essential for managing time effectively, especially in small businesses with limited staff.

  5. Client Communication:
