Streamlined Platform Access for Client Onboarding

Enable a seamless process for requesting access to client platforms/tools during onboarding, similar to how Slack integration works for notifications.

A few ideas :

  1. Customizable Access Instructions – Admins can provide tailored steps for clients to grant access (e.g., via Leadsie.com).

  2. Secure Credential Sharing – Clients can securely share login details using a built-in tool (e.g., TeamPassword.com).

  3. One-Click Authorization – Clients can grant access directly through OAuth after we upload our developer keys for a particular platform, i.e. Shopify.

if a feature of this kind isn’t in a future roadmap or may be delayed, requiring onboarding questionnaire completion before unlocking portal features (like submitting requests) would ensure all necessary steps are followed before moving forward, reducing onboarding delays.
