Team Comment Bug for Clients?

Doing more testing. I’m logged in as a client account with all the client access available. I am unable to enter comments on the task for ‘everyone’. I can only enter comments for ‘team members’. Since the client account isn’t a ‘team member’ I can’t see my own comments. A Team member can switch comments back and forth between everyone and team only, but the client cannot. This doesn’t seem right, the client account should default to ‘everyone’
