Unable to delete uploaded file: Missing dropdown/files tab options

Customer inquired about deleting an uploaded file. After being advised to use a dropdown or the files tab, the customer reported that they do not see a dropdown and the files are not present in the files tab as expected. A video link was provided by the customer.
