Unable to Move Task from one board to another

Hi Mas - I am able to move tasks from one board to another just fine. But one of my employees can’t seem to do it - she has nearly all the role access available. When she has the popup to select the client/board to move it to, she’s directed immediately to the task itself and not able to move the task.
