Video laggy

Hi.

I had reported regarding videos being laggy even on ultra fast internet.

I was asked to upload lower bit rate videos and it worked well.
Past 1 week the same issues are appearing on lower bit rate videos, including the ones that were working fine earlier.
Something new bug that has come in in last 1 week that’s causing it again.
