Video review lagging

Video review playbacks are extremely laggy. Had reported this happening in with my clients in India and Australia, but in US it was working fine.
For 2 weeks now, I have clients from US (Indianapolis & Virginia) reporting in the same video lagging experience, even on 1 GbPS internet connection.

Anyone else experiencing this?
